5.1. Processing of personal data by the Organization is carried out on the basis of the following principles:
The legitimacy of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;
Fair practice of the Organization as an operator of personal data, which is achieved by meeting the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the processing of personal data;
Achievement of specific, predetermined purposes of personal data processing;
Compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and declared when collecting personal data;
Compliance of the composition and volume of processed personal data, as well as methods of processing personal data with the stated processing goals;
Reliability of personal data, their sufficiency for processing purposes, the inadmissibility of processing personal data redundant in relation to the purposes of personal data processing;
Ensuring the accuracy of personal data during their processing, as well as their adequacy, and, if necessary, their relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing. The Organization takes the necessary measures and ensures that they are taken to remove or refine incomplete or inaccurate data.
Inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data that are processed for purposes incompatible with each other;
Storage of personal data in a form that allows to determine the subject of personal data, no longer than the purpose of processing.
5.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the conditions determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
