Organization processes personal data for the following purposes:
4.1. Fulfillment of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in particular:
Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
Pension legislation;
Federal Law as of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”;
4.2. Execution and termination of contracts with individuals, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and other persons (including contractors, partners and employees), in cases stipulated by the current legislation and the Charter of the Organization.
4.3. Identification of the Site User (registered or unregistered) for placing an order and (or) entering into a contract for the sale of goods remotely via the Site
4.4. Providing the User of the Site with goods, additional services and services.
4.5. Delivery of goods sold.
4.6. Registration of the return and exchange of the goods sold and the return of funds to the customer (Site User).
4.7. Registration, identification and provision of procedures for the participation of the Site User in loyalty programs.
4.8. Providing the User of the Site with access to personalized resources of the Site (personal account).
4.9. Establishing feedback with the User of the Site, including sending notifications, inquiries regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the Site User.
4.10. Creating an account (personal account) for making purchases, if the Site User has agreed to create an account.
4.11. Notification of the Site User of the order status.
4.12. Providing the User of the Site with special offers, information on prices, newsletters and other information with his consent.
4.13. Advertising activities with the consent of the User of the Site.
4.14. Protection of legal rights and interests of the Organization, including in the courts of the judicial system of the Russian Federation.
4.15. Consideration of CVs of jobseekers.
4.16. Assistance to employees in employment, training and promotion, ensuring the personal safety of employees, monitoring the quantity and quality of work performed.
