All purchases via "Online access" are made on a postpaid basis. After the ticket is issued or the goods are shipped, the invoice can be paid at any time in the current reporting period. The Guarantee Fund is necessary as a guarantee of the obligations incurred by the companies towards "Invoicebox" system. The Guarantee Fund cannot be used as an advance payment for purchases/tickets or as the final payment upon termination of the contract.
