How is the refund for tickets issued via "Online access" implemented?

To refund, you must contact the airline or service provider, and information about the refund will come in "Invoicebox" system.

In case of cancellation of a ticket or purchase, a 100% refund is provided; the invoice will be cancelled after the refund, and the available limit for purchases or tickets will be increased by the refund amount.

In case of a partial refund provided on cancellation, you must first pay the invoice issued to pay for the ticket or purchase; after receipt of payment, the amount intended for refund will be transferred back to the account of the company that paid the invoice.
